• Completion in 2007 of 4,000 sq.m advance office accommodation block at Mallow Business Park, Gooldshill, Mallow.
• The size of IDA Business & Technology Park Mallow is 9.6947 hectares.  There is currently 1.5178 hectares available for marketing.
• Light industrial space of 9,000 sq. m. (approx.) currently under construction at Clyda Business Park, Quartertown Lower, Mallow.
• Planning permission granted in July 2008 for site development works for 21 acre Business Park development by Cork County Council providing a range of serviced sites for development/investment proposals at Gooldshill, Mallow.
• Masterplan proposals for redevelopment of former sugar factory site owned by Greencore plc. lodged in 2008 with Cork County Council. Proposals include 60,000 sq. m. of office/enterprise space and mixed use neighbourhood development.
• Planning granted for 54 bedroom hotel in 2007 at Quartertown Upper, Mallow.
• Planning granted for 5,700 sq.m. of distribution building in June 2008, Quartertown Upper, Mallow. 
• Planning granted in 2008 for 3 office buildings totalling 4,000 sq.m. at Mallow Business Park, Gooldshill, Mallow.
