Mallow Skills Survey relaunched for 2012 22 Nov 2011
Mallow Town is undertaking a comprehensive survey to establish a data base of skills available in the area to target potential foreign and indigenous investors. Mallow Development Partnership is asking all those within a 40 mile radius of the town to respond in the strictest confidence to the survey, details of which are being advertised on the roads in and out of the town, on Mallow.ie and directly to households. The survey will be conducted over the next month. |

3 new businesses have opened up on Main Street in Mallow. Preparations are underway for the Chamber's Casino Night on October 14th and the Chamber have also launched the 4th annual Mallow Business Awards. |

Mallow Town Mural 16 Sep 2011
Painting of the Mallow Town Mural will get underway on September 19th at the lower end of O'Brien Street.
The mural has been taken from an old photograph and will portray Davis Street from the Town Hall to the Clock House at the turn of the last century and is an integral part of the Mallow Historical Rebel Trail which covers the same period and recalls the townspeople's traumatic experiences during the War of Independence and the subsequent Civil War.
